DRY TOMATOS

After a busy summer we will continue our food blog with the dry tomatos. Rich in flavor and so good with pasta or cheese.

Seeking small and ripe tomatos, cut them half and take off the seeds. Put a baking tray with baking paper and place the tomatos side by side. Spice with dried oregano, pepper and coarse salt. Now dry them for about 3 to 4 h , 90 degrees, top and bottom heat, leave a gab by using a wooleadle. After cool down, cover with olive oil.
